The strength of our organization depends largely on the competence and attitude of our people, specifically our field technicians. They are, after all, our front liners. For this, they are made to undergo the following:

A. Pre-employement testing, evaluation, and background checking.

B. Appropriate training and continuing seminars on:

• The different kinds of pests and their peculiarities

• Skills and methodology

• Knowledge of various chemicals and pesticides

• Safe handling and storage of chemicals

• First aid

• Work attitudes (Professionalism, Customer Relations and Work Ethic) 

C. Performance Evaluation

The company has an in-house training program specifically designed for the field technicians. Outside consultants like product manufacturers and distributors are likewise invited to update the company on new developments and technical information related to pest control management.
